World's reaction to aluminium, steel tariffs will determine how Republic is affected, say analysts

A diversion of steel and aluminium from Asian suppliers from the United States to South-east Asian markets and the resulting glut could lower prices of the commodity for Singapore builders and manufacturers, said analysts.

But no one is celebrating.
