SINGAPORE - Scooping out rice for customers may seem like a simple task, but when the orders are pouring in, it becomes a time-consuming chore.

The problem was resolved for fried rice stall Bowl&Bowl when its parent company Ming Hing Food bought an automated rice dispenser, with help from Enterprise Singapore's (ESG) Productivity Solutions Grant.
