Falling currency has silver lining for some

One of the rare bright spots of a falling rupee is the windfall it has brought to those in India who depend on remittance from family members and friends living abroad.

With the dollar and other major international currencies bringing in more rupees for the same amount in recent weeks, remittance into India has shown an upward trend.
