Consumers who bought goods on e-commerce platforms may have to wait a little longer as the city-wide lockdown in Shenzhen is set to hit deliveries and supply chains across sectors from retail to manufacturing to electronics, experts and industry players said.
The southern port city, which is also China's technology and manufacturing hub, was placed under a seven-day lockdown from Sunday to contain the spread of Covid-19.
