SINGAPORE - Large companies are in the vanguard of Singapore's ambitions to bolster its green finance industry but DBS Bank believes that getting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) on board will be crucial in powering the move to sustainability.

That undertaking is front and centre for the bank's new chief sustainability officer, Mr Helge Muenkel, 47, who joined the bank in January.
