BANGKOK (BLOOMBERG) - Mr Sarath Ratanavadi, Thailand's second-richest man, is trying to diversify his empire with a bold bet on digital technology that may cost as much as 534 billion baht (S$22.7 billion).

He will have to do more to convince sceptics that the maths adds up.
