SINGAPORE - Mainboard-listed Tee International said on Monday its engineering business has secured $73 million in new contracts here, bringing its total outstanding order book to about $493 million.
This includes a $40 million contract from Changi Airport Group (CAG) for works on a proposed replacement of fixed gangway, along with interior design finishes for the fixed gangway and passenger loading bridges at Terminal 1 and 2 of Singapore Changi Airport.
The other $33 million contract is from the People's Association. Tee is the nominated sub-contractor for air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation works at the proposed Tampines Town Hub. This will be a six or seven storey civic and community, or sports and recreation development.
"We have yet again successfully clinched new contracts from our repeat clients, and this is a second project awarded by CAG in just two months," said Mr Eric Phua, managing director of Tee's Engineering business.
