SINGAPORE - Sysma Holdings said its subsidiary, Sysma Construction, has clinched a deal with an established private owner to rebuild a house at Belmont Road.

The contract, worth some $10 million, is to erect a two-storey bungalow, with basement and swimming pool.

Work will commence in March 2015 for 20 months.

"We are extremely pleased to be able to maintain our new order win momentum with this new contract," said executive chairman and chief executive Sin Soon Teng.

"With the inclusion of this new project, our order book now stands at approximately $156 million," he added.
