SINGAPORE - IT and advanced technology systems provider Stratech Systems has been relisted as The Stratech Group.

Stratech Systems and its subsidiaries are now held under a newly formed intermediary holding company wholly-owned by Stratech, whose 1,567,183,371 issued ordinary shares are now listed on the mainboard of the Singapore Exchange.

The company, founded by executive chairman David Chew, is best known for its proprietary real-time video and image-based technology.

The group will streamline its product groups into distinct operating subsidiaries, so it can accelerate plans to commercialise its innovations and expand in targeted markets, it said in a statement on Monday.
