A company that described itself as a "fintech" firm and aggressively defended itself against the scrutiny of former employees and investors has applied to be wound up.

Mr Patrick Teng Chee Wai, the sole owner of Six Capital Investments, filed for voluntary liquidation in the British Virgin Islands (BVI) on Feb 13.
