SINGAPORE - Local share prices opened lower on Tuesday (Jan 30) with the Straits Times Index down 13.13 points to 3,563.94, as Wall Street saw a retreat from records seen at the end of last week.
Volume was 111.6 million shares worth S$ 105.7 million.
Losers outnumbered gainers 78 to 49.
Among stocks most actively traded include QT Vascular, which was up 0.3 cents to two cents, with 35.5 million stocks exchanging hands. Noble Group was down 3.5 cents to 22.5 cents, with 4.4 million shares traded.
