SINGAPORE - Singapore shares opened higher on Tuesday (Nov 3), with the benchmark Straits Times Index at 3,002.29 in early trade, up 0.94 per cent, or 27.98 points.
Around 50.1 million shares exchanged hands.
Gainers beat losers 104 to 23.
