SINGAPORE - Singapore shares opened higher on Thursday (March 2), with the benchmark Straits Times Index at 3,149.78 in early trade, up 0.86 per cent, or 27.01 points.
Around 73.2 million shares exchanged hands.
Gainers beat losers beat gainers 115 to 29.
