SINGAPORE - Singapore shares opened lower on Tuesday (Sept 15), with the benchmark Straits Times Index at 2,847.97 in early trade, down 0.82 per cent, or 23.5 points.
Around 451.3 million shares exchanged hands.
Losers beat gainers 107 to 76.
