SINGAPORE - Singapore shares opened lower on Thursday (July 28), with the benchmark Straits Times Index at 2,921.22 in early trade, down 0.68 per cent, or -20.27 points.
Around 55.8 million shares exchanged hands.
Losers beat gainers 62 to 42.
