SINGAPORE - Singapore shares opened higher on Tuesday (March 28), with the benchmark Straits Times Index at 3,142.80 in early trade, up 0.51 per cent, or 15.92 points.
Around 55.8 million shares exchanged hands.
Gainers beat losers 108 to 31.
