SINGAPORE - Singapore shares opened higher on Tuesday (Nov 22), with the benchmark Straits Times Index at 2,831 in early trade, up 0.51 per cent, or 14.33 points.
Around 77 million shares exchanged hands.
Gainers beat losers 114 to 30.
