SINGAPORE - Singapore shares opened higher on Monday (Feb 29), with the benchmark Straits Times Index at 2,659.38 in early trade, up 0.38 per cent, or 10 points.
Around 155.8 million shares exchanged hands.
Gainers beat losers 94 to 57.
