SINGAPORE - Singapore shares opened higher on Monday (April 4), with the benchmark Straits Times Index at 2,828.25 in early trade, up 0.35 per cent, or 9.76 points.
Around 50.5 million shares exchanged hands.
Gainers beat losers 68 to 54.
