SINGAPORE - Singapore shares opened higher on Wednesday (Feb 15), with the benchmark Straits Times Index at 3,081.30 in early trade, up 0.29 per cent, or 8.83 points.
Around 97.6 million shares exchanged hands.
Gainers beat losers 72 to 42.
