SINGAPORE - Singapore shares opened higher on Wednesday (Nov 16), with the benchmark Straits Times Index at 2,804.32 in early trade, up 0.24 per cent, or 6.77 points.
Around 51.7 million shares exchanged hands.
Gainers beat losers 90 to 39.
