SINGAPORE - Singapore shares opened lower on Wednesday (April 12), with the benchmark Straits Times Index at 3,170.11 in early trade, down 0.15 per cent, or 4.64 points.
Around 205.6 million shares exchanged hands.
Losers beat gainers 96 to 94.
