SINGAPORE - Singapore shares opened 0.15 per cent lower on Tuesday (Oct 11), with the benchmark Straits Times Index at 2,865.85 in early trade, down 0.15 per cent, or 4.39 points.
Around 478.4 million shares exchanged hands.
Gainers beat losers 124 to 97.
