SINGAPORE - Singapore shares opened higher on Monday (Oct 30), with the benchmark Straits Times Index at 3,388.71 in early trade, up 0.07 per cent, or 2.27 points.
About 75 million shares exchanged hands.
Gainers beat losers 119 to 46.
