SINGAPORE - Singapore shares opened higher on Tuesday (Oct 20), with the benchmark Straits Times Index at 3,026.32 in early trade, up 0.06 per cent, or 1.82 points.
Around 81.4 million shares exchanged hands.
Gainers beat losers 85 to 44.
