SINGAPORE - Singapore shares opened lower on Tuesday (Dec 13), with the benchmark Straits Times Index at 2,951.72 in early trade, down 0.02 per cent, or 0.47 points.
Around 52.3 million shares exchanged hands.
Losers beat gainers 49 to 46.
