SINGAPORE - Singapore shares opened 0.01% lower on Tuesday (Oct 18), with the benchmark Straits Times Index at 2,816.92 in early trade, down 0.01 per cent, or 0.15 points.
Around 56.8 million shares exchanged hands.
Gainers beat losers 71 to 62.
