Singapore Reits beat US, Hong Kong with best yields

SINGAPORE (BLOOMBERG) - Singapore's real estate investment trusts (Reits) offer the highest yields in the region, even trumping the US, according to research from UOB-Kay Hian Holdings.
The spread compared to the 10-year government bond yield was the highest for Singapore showing that concerns over a rise in interest rates have been overblown.
