SINGAPORE - If you have money to invest for the medium term, take a closer look at S-Reits, or Singapore Exchange-listed real estate investment trusts.
That is the recommendation of various investment houses over the past few weeks as they point out that S-Reits pay an average of 6 per cent dividend yield.
