Rajah & Tann Singapore has been awarded Singapore's National Law Firm of the Year award at this year's Chambers Asia-Pacific Awards.

The Big Four law firm beat five other firms to clinch the accolade last Friday.

The award is given to the leading domestic and international law firm in each country surveyed, based on research for the 2017 edition of Chambers Asia-Pacific.

Chambers is a London-based publisher of legal industry guides.

Rajah & Tann won the award in 2013 and 2015, and is the only law firm in the Republic to have won it thrice since the inception of the awards in 2012.

Rajah & Tann Singapore is one of the largest full-service law firms in Singapore and South-east Asia, with market-leading practices in dispute resolution, international arbitration, shipping, insolvency, restructuring, corporate and commercial tax and trust, among others.
