Wong Juan Meng: Stepped down as chief financial officer with effect from last Monday.

Ms Wong, 58, left to pursue personal interests and other career opportunities. She will be replaced by Mr Ho Hie Wu.

Ho Hie Wu: Named as chief financial officer with effect from last Tuesday. Mr Ho, 53, is also director of finance and planning at the company's principal operating subsidiary, Overseas Family School.


Singapore Airlines

Peter Seah Lim Huat: Appointed as deputy chairman with effect from last Tuesday. Mr Seah, 69, will be an independent non-executive director. He is also chairman of DBS Group Holdings, DBS Bank, LaSalle College of the Arts, the National Wages Council and Singapore Health Services. He serves on various boards too, including those of Fullerton Financial Holdings, GIC, Level 3 Communications and StarHub.

Chng Hee Kok: Appointed as independent director and non-executive chairman with effect from last Tuesday. Mr Chng, 66, was previously managing director of LH Group.


Design Studio Group

Ku Wei Siong: Named chief executive officer with effect from last Tuesday. Mr Ku, 48, was also appointed as an executive director the same day. He was previously senior vice-president at CapitaLand GCC Holdings.


Singapore Post

Lim Sing Hok, Mervyn: Appointed group chief financial officer with effect from last Tuesday. Mr Lim, 57, has been a business adviser and a university lecturer in banking, finance and investment since September 2012.


Transcorp Holdings

Chai Chon Fatt, Alex: Resigned as financial controller with effect from last Tuesday. Mr Chai, 43, left to pursue personal interests.
