Loke Kim Meng: Appointed chief operating officer last Monday. Mr Loke, 36, is responsible for establishing and implementing the firm's operating policies, business plans and strategies. He was previously a senior private banker and senior investment analyst, among other roles.


Boustead Singapore

Loh Kai Keong: Retiring as group chief financial officer on Jan 10 next year. Mr Loh, 64, has had 15 years in the role. He joined Boustead in 1999, and was appointed to the role in 2002.

The firm said that under his stewardship, it has achieved record financial performance.

Mr Loh will remain as a non-executive director and be retained as a consultant to ensure a smooth transition.


China Kangda Food Company

Dong Yutong: Resigned as executive director last Friday to pursue personal and other business commitments.

Ms Dong said she has no disagreement with the board and there is nothing related to her resignation that needs shareholders' attention.

Li Wei: Appointed executive director last Friday.

Mr Li, 34, graduated from Wuhan University in 2005 with a bachelor's degree in information safety and a bachelor's degree in law.

He obtained a Master of Finance at Wuhan University in 2008.

His previous roles include secretary to the top leader of the Chinese preparation work group under the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank.

He joined Qingdao Kangda Foods, one of the firm's units, as a general manager in May this year.


King Wan Corp

Francis Chew Chee Yuen: Ceased to be chief financial officer last Friday.

Mr Chew, 47, who joined in 2000, left to pursue other interests. He oversaw the group's financial, accounting and tax matters.
