Mr Tan, 44, left to seek other career opportunities. In the interim, Mr Alan Lui Wai Leung, chief financial officer of HotApp International, will serve as acting chief financial officer of the company.

Andrew Bek: Resigned as executive director with effect from last Thursday. Mr Bek, 49, left to pursue his personal interests and career. He had held the position since July 2013.
