Yap Kong Wai: Resigned as chief financial officer and company secretary last Wednesday. Mr Yap, 38, left to pursue other interests.

Stephen Yoenbon Chow: Resigned as executive director last Monday . Mr Chow, 26, left because he was involved in another business. He was appointed to the role last month.


Swissco Holdings

Yang Guo Hui: Appointed deputy chief operating officer of the firm's unit, Scott and English Energy (Drilling Division).

Mr Yang, 41, is experienced in the offshore oil and gas industries. He will provide operational leadership and management to strategise business plans.


MS Holdings

Lee Nguk Fong: Will be appointed financial controller on Sept 22.

Ms Lee, 32, used to be finance manager at Roxy-Pacific Holdings.

Tan Keng Hean: Will cease to be financial controller on the same day. Mr Tan, 36, is leaving to pursue other career opportunities. The company's sponsor is not aware of any other material reasons for his resignation.


ARA Trust Management (Suntec)

Susan Sim: Ceased to be deputy chief executive last Tuesday.

Ms Sim, 53, requested to relinquish her position as deputy chief executive of the manager of Suntec Real Estate Investment Trust to pursue personal interests.


Sinocloud Group

Andrew Chan Wai Men: Appointed chief executive last Tuesday . The 48-year-old is responsible for setting the overall strategy and direction as well as managing business operations and development.


Nets

Domenic Fuda: Appointed chairman on Sept 1.

Mr Fuda, DBS Bank's deputy group head of consumer banking and wealth management, has taken over from Ms Susan Hwee, head of group technology and operations at United Overseas Bank. He will be chairman for three years.
