Mr Leung, 48, left to pursue other career opportunities. He had been appointed to the position in January last year.

Ng Guek Lan: Resigned as group financial controller with effect from last Friday.

Ms Ng, 53, will pursue other interests. She had been appointed to the position in September 2009.

Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation

Teh Kok Peng: Stepped down as independent director with effect from last Saturday.

Dr Teh, 69, had been appointed to the position in August 2011.

Tuan Sing Holdings

Chow Kok Kee: Stepped down as independent and non-executive director with effect from last Saturday. Mr Chow, 65, is stepping down to allow for planned board renewal.

Yeo Hiap Seng

Kenneth Fong Chun Man: Appointed as non-independent, non-executive director with effect from last Saturday.

Mr Fong, 49, has vast experience in the beverage industry.

Mr Fong, who lives in Hong Kong, is a director of Telford International Company, one of Hong Kong's leading beverage companies. YHS (Singapore), a unit of Yeo Hiap Seng, distributes Telford's beverage products in Singapore, while Telford is one of YHS (Singapore)'s contract packers for beverage products.

Keppel Corporation

Chris Ong Leng Yeow: Appointed as chief executive of Keppel Offshore & Marine (Keppel O&M) with effect from last Saturday.

Mr Ong, 43, was appointed as acting chief executive on April 1. He will concurrently hold the position of managing director (offshore) at Keppel O&M and managing director at Keppel Fels.

Ziwo Holdings

Vincent Lim: Resigned as chief financial officer with effect from last Friday. Mr Lim, 39, left to pursue other interests.

The company is considering replacement candidates for the position and is also exploring outsourcing the accounting and finance function to a professional services firm.
