Ankit Patel: Appointed chief executive officer from last Monday .

Mr Patel, 31, is the son of Mr N M Patel, the managing director. He takes over from Mr Ashish Soparkar, 64, who was appointed to the role in May 2014. Mr Soparkar left last Monday to focus on other businesses.

Raj Kumar Mehta: Appointed chief financial officer last Monday. Mr Mehta, 55, has 30 years' experience in finance and foreign exchange, among other things.

Wong Han Siang: Will be appointed chief financial officer on July 31. Mr Wong, 42, will be responsible for financial reporting and taxation matters, among other things. He will take over from Mr Lo Shye Ru, 60, who left to pursue other career opportunities.

Steven Robert Leonard: Will be appointed director on Thursday. Mr Leonard, 55, is also the chief executive of SG-Innovate and has been in that role since April last year .
