Albert Tan Sai Beng: Named chief operating officer with effect from last Wednesday. Mr Tan, 43, is a director of several firms in Malaysia, including mySurplusResources and Homeselect Furniture. The firm said it will arrange for him to attend training on the roles and responsibilities of a director of a Singapore-listed company.

Graham McKnockiter: Appointed as regional director of the subsea group for the Western Hemisphere, effective last Monday. Mr McKnockiter, 54, lives in Britain. He will manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the company's subsea services business in the Middle East.

Justine Lea: Named as acting chief financial officer from Aug 19. Ms Lea, 33, joined the firm in 2007, and has since held various positions on its finance team. She lives in Australia.

SingHaiyi Group

Ng Keng Choo: Resigned as chief operating officer, effective last Friday, to pursue other interests. Ms Ng, 42, was appointed to the role in July 2014. She is currently a director of OKH Global, ISO Team and VIT Consultancy.

Thai Beverage

Pramote Hassamontr: Appointed senior vice-president of spirit production with effect from Oct 1.

Mr Pramote, 60, is also vice-president of liquor production.

He is a director of several firms, including Thai Beverage Recycle, Thai Beverage Energy and Thai Molasses. Between 2004 and 2012, he was managing director of the Red Bull Distillery group of companies.

Banjong Chintanasiri: Appointed deputy chief financial officer with effect from Oct 1. Mr Banjong, 58, will report directly to the director and senior executive vice-president of finance.

He is also a director of Cosmos Brewery (Thailand) and Beer Thai.
