SINGAPORE - Mainboard-listed Ocean sky International warned on Tuesday that it expects to report a net loss for its 2014 financial year.

"This was mainly attributable to the finalisation of claims on warranties from Sunny Force in relation to the disposed apparel operations, which was offset, to a large extent, by fair value gain on investment property," the company said in a statement to the Singapore Exchange.

It said fFurther details of the group's financial performance will be furnished when its financial results are announced on or before March 1.
