No money so Cedar Strategic CFO quits

SINGAPORE - Cedar Strategic Holdings disclosed today that chief financial officer Chen Siew Loon resigned last Tuesday as he had not been paid his salary and CPF contributions.

Mr Chen, 47, said this was "a repudiatory breach of his employment contract by the company and that his employment with the company will thus cease with immediate effect".

Mr Chen was appointed to the post on Feb 6, 2015.

His previous employment was with Clements and Street (UK) and CDI Solutions (India).
