1 SingPost said it will terminate an agreement with Keiyo Butsuryu - inked in October last year - to incorporate Japan Self Storage to carry out self-storage services in Japan.

2 MYP is proposing a one-for-one rights issue at 18 cents apiece to raise up to $188.2 million to partially fund the acquisition of Straits Trading Building.

3 Ezion chief executive Chew Thiam Keng bought 500,000 shares at 22 cents apiece yesterday. He had bought 500,000 shares at 23.5 cents the previous day.

4 SGX-listed JES International said that the buyer of its shipbuilding business has given written confirmation that it will continue with the deal. JES said it is also exploring new businesses.

5 Hotel Properties' associate Leisure Ventures will sell its stake in Karmelitska Hotel, which owns the Mandarin Oriental in Prague, for €66 million (S$100 million), less borrowings of €26 million.
