1 Sembcorp Industries is developing two grid-tied rooftop solar energy systems at ST Aerospace's facilities in Changi and Seletar for about $5.4 million.

2 Trendlines Group, the Catalist-listed, Israeli-based start-up incubator for medical and agricultural technologies, has raised $14.03 million through its share placement, The Business Times reported.

3 Catalist-listed Chew's Group said yesterday that its controlling shareholder has ended talks with third parties over possible transaction of shares in the company, The Business Times reported.

4 Jubilee Industries had an agreement to buy 100 per cent of three firms for $6 million from Mr Seah Chong Hoe. Due diligence was unsatisfactory and the deal has been axed.

5 Hong Leong Asia was queried by the Singapore Exchange over its unusual trading activity during trade yesterday. Its shares closed 14 per cent or 15 cents higher at $1.21.
