1 Pacific Radiance will start the restructuring of $100 million medium-term notes. It said that it will convene an informal meeting in the next several weeks with holders of Series 001 4.3 per cent notes due next year, The Business Times said.

2 Global Logistic Properties has signed 173,000 sq m of leases with firms around the world, including Suning in China. These firms serve the consumer goods, food, technology and life science industries.

3 Hiap Seng Engineering, a specialist integrated engineering group for the oil-and-gas, petrochemical and pharmaceutical industries, has secured three contracts of about $52 million in Singapore and Thailand.

4 Medical technology startup incubator Trendlines Medical Singapore and subsidiary Trendlines Incubators Israel have invested US$60,000 (S$81,160) in InterVaal, a medical device startup firm, The Business Times reported.

5 Global Testing Corporation bought back 20,500 of its shares at $1.1044 each for a total of $22,674.
