Market highlights

1 FueLNG, a joint venture between Keppel and Shell Eastern Petroleum, has made the first commercial liquefied natural gas (LNG) bunker transfer in Singapore with the LNG vessel Hilli Episeyo.


2 Mermaid Maritime's joint venture firm has won a US$96 million (S$130 million) contract extension for offshore inspection, repair and maintenance services with a national oil and gas company.


3 Hi-P International had earlier said its third-quarter revenue and profit would be similar to last year's third quarter. Now it expects higher revenue and profit, mainly due to better sales and improved operational efficiency.


4 CapitaLand has set up a 51 per cent-owned unit in China whose principal activity is property management and consultancy services. The share capital is 1 million yuan (S$207,800).


5 SGX-listed 800 Super Holdings has set up a wholly-owned subsidiary, Wizwash, with a share capital of $1 million. Its main activity is investment holding.
