Market highlights

1 Olam International has priced $300 million of subordinated perpetual securities. The securities were priced at par and bear a distribution rate of 5.5 per cent for the first five years.

2 Noble Group has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary in the British Virgin Islands called Omega Management (BVI), which is in the business of ship management.

3 CapitaLand's dormant wholly-owned subsidiary StorHub (Songjiang) Holding has been struck off the Register of Companies.

4 Singapore Post yesterday purchased 400,000 of its own shares for a total of $539,732 at $1.345 to $1.35 apiece.

5 Tat Hong Holdings has sold its 22 per cent stake in EMC Cranes to Sanbumi Holdings Berhad for RM150,000 (S$48,800).
