3. Pacific Radiance, a provider of integrated offshore marine support services, has secured US$45.3 million (S$62 million) worth of new contracts, including options, which will add to its operating cash flow.
4. Mermaid Maritime said its South-east Asian business units have been awarded subsea contracts from oil majors with a combined estimated potential contract value of US$4.3 million (S$6 million).
5. mm2 Asia is working with DBS Bank and Maybank Kim Eng Securities to place out 87.748 million shares at 57 cents each. mm2 has recently agreed to buy 50 per cent of the Golden Village Cinema business.
