1 Cheung Woh Technologies has warned that it expects a loss for the fourth quarter ended Feb 28, due to lower sales and higher costs in the hard disk drive components segment.


2 A Serial System subsidiary has agreed with Mr Ong Chin Teng to acquire 70 per cent of Print IQ Singapore. Print IQ provides managed print services and administers, maintains and distributes copiers and printers.


3 OCBC Bank bought back 200,000 of its shares at $9.69 apiece for a total of $1.94 million.


4 MTQ Corporation was selling the share capital of MTQ Engine Systems (Aust) to Bapcor. A dispute with the purchaser has been resolved in favour of MTQ, which has now received the entire payment.


5 Property firm Oxley said that a term sheet on collaborating with Wyndham Hotel Asia Pacific on operating a Days hotel in Batam, Indonesia, has been terminated. A term sheet is one of the steps before a final agreement.
