Market highlights

1 SGX-listed PEC said the High Court has ordered that its 51 per cent-owned subsidiary Major Insulation & Links Marketing be wound up. PEC has provided for a full impairment of its investment of about $3 million.

2 Croesus Retail Trust has entered into a facility agreement with Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank for a four-year term loan facility of 3 billion yen (S$37.7 million) at a fixed rate of 1.65667 per cent per annum.

3 Construction player Keong Hong is acquiring 2.04 million shares or 34 per cent of Nuform System Asia from vendor Lim Ewe Ghee for $4.08 million in cash. Keong Hong is also subscribing for new shares in Nuform.

4 In an interested party deal, Oxley is selling five units in the project at 339 Joo Chiat Road to Agrivabriant for $9 million. Agrivabriant's shareholders include Oxley chairman and chief executive officer Ching Chiat Kwong.

5 Frasers Centrepoint Trust has priced $90 million of bonds with a coupon rate of 2.365 per cent. They will be due in 2020.
