Market highlights

1 MoneyMax Financial Services' wholly-owned unit MoneyMax Jewellery has incorporated a subsidiary in Singapore called Vista Jewellery, which restores jewellery, diamond and gold ornaments.

2 Keppel Land's subsidiary Meadowsville Investment has completed the sale of its 80 per cent stake in PT Sentral Tunjungan Perkasa. The stake was sold to PT Indadi Land for 502 billion Indonesian rupiah (about S$53 million).

3 Neo Group has entered into an exclusive dealing agreement to acquire shares in Lavish Dine Catering, which specialises in high-end catering services by award-winning chefs.

4 Attilan Group (ex Asiasons Capital) has achieved over 40 per cent of the approved capacity of 107 students for its new pre-school, Hi-5 House of Learning. It hopes to buy more pre-schools and re-brand them under the Hi-5 brand.

5 The number of issued ordinary shares of Olam International has increased after 11,444 warrants were exercised at the exercise price of US$1.14 each. These shares will be listed tomorrow.
