- YuuZoo Corporation has received a writ of summons and statement of claim for additional shares amounting to $270,879 in relation to an ongoing deal in Nigeria. YuuZoo is studying the claim.
- Sembcorp Industries has bought back shares amounting to 100,000 shares at $3.2349 apiece for a total outlay of $323,878.
- Cordlife has signed a marketing agreement with Vietnam-based IPS Trading and Service as part of its expansion strategy. Cordlife provides cord blood and cord tissue banking services.
