Healthcare records could be in the hands of individuals rather than institutions in years to come.

While individuals can now access some public records through options like the HealthHub e-services portal, Mr Lance Little, managing director of biotechnology company Roche Diagnostics Asia Pacific, envisions that people will soon play a larger role in managing their own information.
